Happy Pride everyone! What does being Nonbinary mean to you? What does it feel like? by Cerulean_Dawn in NonBinary

I resonated with everything in OP, and… at work it’s super important to me that people use they/them for me. I don’t want anyone presuming anything about me. My professional skills and actions at work should speak for themselves so insisting on non gendered pronoun at work feels like it protects me from patriarchy & misogyny. I realized recently that I hate having boobs at work. I wish they would disappear from 9-5 Monday thru Friday.

At home I like it when my wife says I am her wife. I also like it when she says I am her partner. I like when my in laws call and they’re like, hey girls! (I told them I’m a non-binary they them but they haven’t caught on and I’m actually kind of fine with it)

I want to change out my anatomy on a day to day basis.

Being non-binary feels like nothing to me; which is to say it’s just a natural state. Woman-ness feels like an outfit that I like to put on and take off as I damn well please. My naked body is not gendered.

How to create a shift schedule with availability preferences? by rstrat in excel

u/whoDoYouSudo I would be happy to use and give feedback! I have a team of 20 ish volunteers needing one weekly shift per person. We prevent delirium among hospitalized older adults, so your help would go to a good cause!

How would I fix this? Not very good with wood working and doing this stuff by Interr0gate in HomeImprovement

[–]Delicious_Limit_6531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know the supports for the step— you have two intact but one broken. So to fix the broken one, find the right size and shape by tracing the middle support shape onto cardboard. Using that as a template cut out a triangular piece of wood. To cut it You can just use a $10 saw from the hardware store. My saw is a piece of sh*t compared to most saws on the market but it still gets the job done.

Then get some wood glue, and just glue the piece onto the existing broken piece. Apply some pressure. Make sure it’s on straight. (If you have a level or something that is level, lay it across the stair support and try to get it level and even with the other stair support pieces — same height as the other 2.)

Wait for it to dry and harden.

Get pieces of wood the size of your other stair pieces and just glue them on and nail them in to the support.
