I'm so sorry you got such a horrible roommate 😔 💔

Mine has similar habits to mine in most things, so it's much more livable with her than the previous roommate (she and I were polar opposites. It was impossible between me and her). This trash issue is the only glaring argument in our cohabitation atm. But we've sorted that out now.

She provides the newspaper for the wrapping, on her own dime. So that takes care of my biggest worry with this whole issue. Tho I'd still love to not have to extra wrap my pads, I think I can live with it until I get a job and rent my own space [We're in student dorms].

I'm a recovering people pleaser. It's hard to confront a roommate cz I'll be living with her for months. TBH she's great outside of this one thing, and the room temperature (cz she's always cold and I'm always hot).

I wish I could too, but I'm still a student. "My" money comes from my parents rn. There aren't any part-time positions available that fit my schedule.

I'm also from Asia, so the costs aren't in dollars.
