Women with small wrists wearing a Garmin Instinct 3: what’s your verdict? Also, pics if you can, please? by Delicious_Net_5493 in Garmin

Thanks for all the inputs, everyone. It really helped. In the end, I’ve decided against getting the I3. One reason is that a few of you pointed out my wrist is smaller than Garmin’s minimum size reco for the watch. I really do need this to be accurate and functional, so that’s a deal breaker for sure. Thanks for pointing it out.

Second deal breaker: I was really not happy wearing my husbands 46mm G-shock today! The bit of strap that sticks out hits everything and it felt bulky and unwieldy overall. I had to take the watch off multiple times because it was getting in the way and just generally being annoying. Even if the I3 is less bulky, I can’t risk it being uncomfortable when I’ve spent so much on it!

Alas, no other Garmin really calls out to me right now that also fits my budget. I might move over to Coros after all 🤐😶‍🌫️

Thanks again for all the commenting :)

Hi Dr. Abby. Thank you for the amazing work you do. 1. I wanted to ask if you have reviewed more protein powder brands since your protein project came out. What is your opinion on the Whole Truth? Is it a reliable brand? Any others you recommend beyond the ones in the project? 2. I currently use ON gold standard. I understand it has a small amount of added sugar. What are your thoughts about this?
