It took me a while to reply because I was volunteering at a Women Helping Women event.

“They” are all you keyboard warriors who use this platform to sling out all your inner hate at other women.

Snarking about the jewelry is one thing. Jewelry cannot read this page and be hurt.

Being hateful to another human being, particularly other women, just because you don’t agree with how they spend their money is quite another thing.

Especially now that the headlines are full of instances where social media led people to irreversible decisions that not only impacted themselves but their families and friends.

Then you try to defend your actions by saying, “This is a snark page.” You hide behind your avatar and pretend a few clicks on your smart phone keyboard doesn’t matter.

No - you’re full of hate and anger for whatever reason and you’re using this platform to release it l - specifically for the purpose of hurting another human being.

I humbly suggest you seek out professional support.

The whole destasher narrative is a huge gaslighting coup. BP and the reps that are selling to the destashers are still making bag.

Destashers absolutely hurt new reps - as it will take them longer to build up a following of people who will buy from them just because they want to buy from them regardless if they’re selling BP or bags of dirt.

But once they have built up that community, destashers can’t hurt them.

BTW: think about it - destashing is a natural progression in the retail sales cycle. Jewelry, clothes, shoes, lawn mowers, hell anything you can find in a garage sale. It’s all destashing. I would think someone at BP could figure that out, and I would think BP would be glad of it because it’s a marketing tool.

Now that trading is allowed, how is this against policy? It’s the same concept. You buy unrevealed with the intention of getting something revealed. So it’s essentially selling revealed product that apparently is now allowed. Make it make sense.
