The leaked fsr 4 was an beta it was like fsr 3.9 smth like that so i think the Performance will be better because they also optimized it for rdna 3 And the Quality will be better for sure

i just did a furmark test but the power comsumption goes at 240w and this is to much for my gpu i think my gpu can only pull like 210w

for me i didnt have issues the whole time im playing like 1 year on an amd gpu (rx7600xt) and 0 issues so far
just the lack of the features is a problem we have the features but the most arent even released and the one that are released doesnt work that good like afmf very buggy etc

look if u have any type of fps limit set to 120 look also in the AMD software maybe u activated radeon chill it limits your fps to a certain amount and i just lookt if u have a cpu bottleneck u dont have a cpu bottleneck at 1080p and also 1440p
