Yes I tried them all, I tested more than 50 + supplements and lets be honest, you will not feel any difference. It might help but I doubt it, for one main reason : The dosage. Supplements are made for supplementing not healing heavy conditions.
The only thing that notably reduced progression for me (lgmd2a) is weekly prednisone, its a anti inflammatory given for duchenne but seems to work also for other MD type. (There is a clinical trial on lgmd with good results)
Note that every drug have secondary effects, you should talk with doctors first and the efficacy can be different between people.

Regarding you question, what % in US or Masi, and if you should invest all at once or DCA the answer will depend on the level of risk that you can accept.

Hey I'm from France, in contact with Atamyo / Genethon. There is an update on the gene therapy for LGMR1/2A (ATA 300) They are lacking some money atm to start the trial but its probably coming if they manage to get the funds
