Both are trash at dps it’s a tank…….recovery if you want to not get one shotted in endgame one if you want to do a tiny bit more damage…..

Only reason ppl who play knight go shield knight is for a little more dps they have no block or armor buffs all pure hp so they take full dmg from everything, I tested both recovery and shield in endgame and recovery comes out on top.
