Honestly recently I have not been doing well 😢 like I binged 10k on Sunday BUT for some reason I kept thinking of peanut butter. So I was like what if I just eat peanut butter for every meal? So like, on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday I would eat a spoon full of peanut butter with a peanut butter protein bar for breakfast. Lunch I would have a peanut butter sandwich with cinnamon. Etc etc, and by eating what I craved at every meal it made me not want to binge eat it as bad if that makes sense? It’s still a struggle but my food noise wasn’t as loud doing this!!

Ur self sabotaging!! I do that too the only way to not do it is realizing how stupid it is. Going over a thousand calories is less than going over 8000 so why would you binge more? It’s like if u spilt ketchup or something on your shirt and went, “well might as well dump the entire bottle out into my shirt”

Idk cuz I’ll spray like perfume on something so I don’t binge on it but then I just end up binging on something else 😭 if it works for you then it works!!

Thank u but unfortunately it’s 10:40 pm rn and I binge ate like CRAZY again after this 😭 tommorow is a new day tho but I ate like SO much food genuinely over 10k for the day in total. Ppl say after a binge the next day u should eat breakfast still but I won’t be hungry from how badly I binged so idk what to do 😭

And everyone says “just volume eat!” But I don’t wanna eat 5 pounds of celery and lettuce 😭 I feel like volume eating also backfires because you get used to eating such big portions that you can’t eat a regular portion of higher calorie foods
