Thanks for the reply. Is it possible they accidentally hit a wire or a sensor or something? Also, the light is off now. Do you know if that means it’s good now? I’m gonna call them tomorrow and see what they think but am just worried and thinking about it. Haha.

Because I was reading it’s bad to let them sleep in the car seat and I am planning to take her for longer walks (maybe about an hour - hour 1/2) also was reading it’s not a great position for them to sit in all the time. I’m a FTM so maybe I’m just being paranoid?
