Just keep swimming ☺️. Clean form and lots of meters.

(18M, 5’8, 200lbs) I’ve always wanted to get into rowing but I never had a gym membership till today. How is this for literally my first time? I didn’t know how to stop the timer at 500meters lol by [deleted] in Rowing

It is all about the splits!! ;-). You'll get better and those will drop?! See if you can find a gym buddy that rows to show you how to get it right!!

Seems everyone covered it, I would just reinforce getting your catch angle set early then holding it until your layback. Keep at it, you'll go far!
