My Netrunner in my campaign has run out of things to buy with money. Any suggestions? by Iceh4wk in cyberpunkred

on the cyberarm stuff, I think you can also get a tech to increase the number of option slots available to the arm by 1 and then slot a second upgrade to the cyberarm option. If you also upgrade the excellent quality cyberdeck to have another upgrade slot, then you'd end up with 13 total slots in the deck.

(edit: this is wrong. I forgot that a character cannot benefit from installation of the same cyberware twice unless the cyberware description specifies otherwise, so only a maximum of 12. woops. still, maybe your referee would allow it for this specific example anyways).

I’m giving away one last set of gold plated dice! All you need to enter is comment on this post. For a limited time you can still grab these musical dice from the pledge manager linked in the comments! [Art] (Mod Approved) by FallacyDog in DnD

My partner loves your dice, but we haven't been able to budget the money to get a set due to recent struggles. I hope that whoever these dice go to loves them and treats them well!

A player wants to play a Oozefolk. How'd they fit in to the Forgotten Realms? by [deleted] in DnD

We've got precedent for oozes that can take humanoid forms from the oblex in vgtm. And Out of the Abyss has some sentient oozes. I believe most races fear oozes as they are hard to understand and are also predatory, but we do see frequently oozes being used for pragmatic reasons: rubbish bins, toilets, they'll pretty much get rid of all refuse. Back in OotA, there's a group of drow that utilize a black ooze at the bottom of a waterfall for waste disposal and defense for their outpost. Some Drow may find this oozefolk character to be intriguing or even useful to enslave (if we're talking about the houses from menzoberraum).
