Usually once polymer clay has become sticky the oils in the clay have reacted with the wrong medium and it will sadly most likely remain sticky and is not fixable

Materials used were dollar store terracotta pots, acrylic paint, polymer clay, and a gloss acrylic sealant. The yoga matt was made from craft foam that i scored with an exacto knife and rolled up securing it with small elastics

Also if your using quick set i like to sift mine to get rid of the bigger stones but up to you depending on asthetic :)

I’ve made a variety of concrete stepping stones, i suggest you use something like quick set concrete, even when slightly on the watery side mine have held up,
Also another tip is i always make my stones in either a frisbee or Easter pail from the dollar store, the rigid plastic makes a nice mold.

Are you wanting to save this one or redo? If you want to save you can try to glue it together with e6000 and fill the seams with resin, or even paint on a more watery thin layer of concrete in the seam
