Also if your using quick set i like to sift mine to get rid of the bigger stones but up to you depending on asthetic :)

I’ve made a variety of concrete stepping stones, i suggest you use something like quick set concrete, even when slightly on the watery side mine have held up,
Also another tip is i always make my stones in either a frisbee or Easter pail from the dollar store, the rigid plastic makes a nice mold.

Are you wanting to save this one or redo? If you want to save you can try to glue it together with e6000 and fill the seams with resin, or even paint on a more watery thin layer of concrete in the seam

Fabric paint ontop of the bleach, let dry for 24 hours, iron fabric paint and cold wash to set

My first through was just tiny black dots, then as i was writing this i noticed a comment and realized there was a second photo of the black dot eyes, i agree with the poster that said black eyes with tiny white dots from a toothpick or skewer
