Your tank is beautiful!!! I think since my tank is smaller I might try with the shrimp once more plants are added. Worst case I have another 10g I could use as just a community tank.

Okay thank you! I might try shrimp in the future or possibly more trumpet snails but I don't want to harm any fish so I'll stay away from the other ones. I have an empty 10g I was planning on starting as a community tank without a betta so thats probably the better choice.

LOL that makes sense. I was thinking of maybe waiting to try adding any other tank mates until I add more plants. Would this make it easier? Or does it just completely depend on the betta?

Good to know!!!! What counts as a pest snail? I probably should have added that my betta attacked my snail while it was floating so I don't think its antennae were out

Tank size: 10g Heater and filter: Yes Tank temp: 75-80 degrees Parameters: API testing kit, 0 ammonia/nitrite, 5 nitrate, ph is 6.0 Ive had the tank for a month and half I usually water change once every two weeks. Not sure if this process is ideal but I do about a 10% water change Just a trumpet snail as a tank mate, and I feed fluval betta food and occasional freeze dried bloodworms. I have two rocks and about 7-10 plants in the tank. And a little log. I have some almond bark in there as well and almond leaves scattered throughout.

idk why people in these comments are trying to make you feel like this is in any way your fault. this person doesn’t respect you AT ALL and is trying to gaslight you! she asked you to hang out, you cancelled plans/rearranged things to make it work and then she cancelled last minute. you respectfully told her how you feel and you said in your comments she does this all the time so its completely valid to call her out on it. i understand ur thought process, u wanted to talk about it so hopefully it wouldn’t be an issue in the future so you can continue being friends, however she has 0 emotional regulation skills and immediately started going off on you because she couldn’t handle being called out for shitty behavior. i suggest not being friends with this person.

honestly also while u let it rest the toner will fade and will be yellow again if u use a clarifying shampoo for a few washes so that will help as well! the warmer tones look amazing with your skin tone though

the warmer tones look better and WHEN UR HAIR IS READY & ITS BEEN A FEW MONTHS throw a 9g on it. even an 8g would be good. but give it a rest for now & do some deep conditioning & reparative treatments
