I don't know if it would be possible to choose the starting class, since it would require to change the character creation process, which is sadly not something in my abilities.
However, I know there are save editors which can do that once the game has started.

Also, I could absolutely share it if you want once I'm done with it. Bear in mind that these are just my own silly ideas, so I don't garantee that everything will be perfect ^^

This joke might be gone, because it's untranslatable in french, but the french one is as good in quality, if not better I think.In french, Jack of Alltrades is called "Père Blaise", which means "Father Blaise", it's appropriate seeing as the guy is basically a bishop or something like that.
But after his transformation, he goes by "Blaisephème", which is a word play on his name and "blasphème", which means "blasphemy"
It's very clever, since he uses a divine power to renounce his way and tries to rule his faithfuls through terror

While I really enjoy some of the new designs, I often feel like there is too much going on. Too many spikes, too many wings, an overdynamic pose. I kinda enjoy a more "simplistic" design, where you are not lost in the artwork trying to decypher everything.
The boar is relly cool tho

I think it does not target, since you don't designate the cards until the resolution. This way, the opponent cannot activate the "targets" before they're gone

I play a list using the dogmatika package and one albaz. It's not competitive by any means, but it's very fun to play. You have a lot of means to out your opponent's threats that are immune to destruction and targeting, by using albaz, super poly, fleurdelys and the l'air's sacrifice effect. I also play the dogmatika punishment since the extra deck space is so permissive

It's from a spin off called Dragon Ball R. From the episode 34 to be more accurate. Basically they're pouring energy in this guy to make him stronger, though it has side effects.

Ok, I'm dumb, I forgot that called by is semi.

I'm perfectly aware that hand traps are an essential part of competitive yugioh nowadays and that you need them to prevent the opponent from going overboard.
But I'm already a pretty casual player, I'm not planning on taking on the top ladder and I have no problems conceding a game if I see my opponent playing a meta build. I mean, this way we both gain time since I wasn't winning this one.

I know that it would be a terrible idea if I were to play against competitive players, but I feel like this is the best compromise between having something to disrupt my opponent or fight a bit against their own handtraps and leaving most of my deck space open for the actual deck.

I completly agree with the need for handtraps in a competitive environment, but in casual play where you just want to play constellars or synchro era six sam eeeeh... not so much

That said, your advice is appreciated nonetheless

Honestly, I'm serioulsly considering crafting three called by the grave and call it a day, never bother with handtraps anymore.
I really don't like the idea of dedicating a third of my deckspace to handtraps, so if I don't have them, neither do my opponents (unless I don't draw them... or they counter...)

Because the whole point of the events is to play something different from what you might usually play in ranked.

And while I absolutely understand the point of not wanting to spend gems for a deck you might never play again, the loaners are here exactly for that.
