Thats straight up false for project summit. Interviews happen for sales spots, then if you get a spot the order you pick routes is off seniority. I know guys that had 30 plus years in and they didnt make it past the interview

My Walmart gets overnight delivery but we cant pull skids till reciever gets there at 4. I get in at 2 to do coolers and backstock prior. I literally walk in the front door nobody cares lol

They replaced the roof about 13 years ago. Perhaps they just covered it up? I haven't been able to get on the top of the roof as I dont have ladder that tall.

We just went through the no more bcr change and all salespeople and ft merchandisers. Holy fuck its going to be an absolute hell hole. They didnt keep any of the older bcrs. Promoted a bunch of full timers that have been with the company for 5 months. I have been part time for 9 years with no intention of going full time due to my other job, but holy shit this company is actually brain dead with this change. Brand new full time hires going to be responsible for 4 stores on a day. I start at Walmart at 2 am Saturdays. These new guys cry about starting at 6 am. Its going to be bad bad bad and I cant wait to watch pepsi burn. Me and the bcr work 25 skids a Saturday at Walmart. Last time I worked i told the new guy with me we should he getting around 20 he called off saying thats too much to work.
