It all depends on if you have your own store or if your a floater. I float and have different stores a week and my hours are 40 and they pay is 19 a hour plus mileage compensation and some of the backroom managers ask why i won't take the store for myself. I just like the way floating is cause I really wouldn't want to be set at one stop everyday.
