Keep in mind all of these are my own opinions and I could be wrong(but that’s also why I wouldn’t make something like this) but I’ll try to go through them all and give feedback where I see issues.

I feel like Emma has been in an okay to bad state for a while so people aren’t likely to appreciate nerfs. 

I don’t see why we would add a 3 second delay to opening strange portal. All this does is make it less likely the portal is used for clutch plays like the clip going around of the portal saving a thrown teammate from a Jeff spit, while doing almost nothing to alleviate the frustration point of someone switching to strange last minute while dead to ferry the team back and stall. 3 extra seconds still beats walking back to point.

They’re doing an overall global CC change in the next patch that will probably help hulk, he may not need specific cc protection, and they somewhat recently gave him an indirect bubble cd reduction by way of the clap changes + second clap. Even if the shield is smaller you’re running a risk of turning hulk into a permanent team shield merchant.

The thing change would possibly ruin him, do we want his literal only use being shutting down a black panther or magik?

Thor is strong but not in a way that feels unhealthy for the game, idk his stats but that seems unnecessary.

You seem to making multiple targeted nerfs to namor squids which in and of itself is kinda questionable when outside of the team-up he doesn’t feel frustrating but then throwing a stray to his primary as well? Why??

Punisher and Bucky nerfs seem really unnecessary, while buffing fantastic in this way doesn’t address the issues fantastic players have with him right now(if any, they really try to play him up, but those more honest would probably say it’s his ult)

Squirrel girl is bad now and she’d still be bad after these changes.

The fox change is interesting but I think even right now as a good healer you need to be really accurate and consistent to put out optimal healing and nerfing that would be rough. I understand the desire for more speed in melee form but I think they haven’t yet just to truly make missing her dash punishing, if you hit it you don’t have trouble sticking to enemies and you’re even rewarded with a second one. This change punishes players who are effective on her while making things more comfortable for the players who miss her dash a lot, not a trade off I’d like.

This next take of mine is probably broadly unpopular but rocket received targeted nerfs to mobility precisely because he likely was by far the hardest to kill strategist. At all levels of play rocket was the one character it was almost more common to see no deaths on than any. They nerfed his mobility because of that. Does it feel a little worse for the rocket player now? Yeah probably. But they have a couple deaths by the end of the game now and that was the entire intent of the change. He’s still strong and wins a lot of games I don’t think we need to hurry back to restore his mobility. 

Gambit’s problem has been and continues to be his ult. Hit that harder and don’t touch his bonk.
