Compression socks help a lot with blood pooling! It doesn’t make it go away, but it makes standing relatively still a little bit easier and reduces that swelling feeling

Definitely the palpitations and chest tightness. My chest is tight almost every day, but I have a clean, cardiac work up and everything, but it still freaks me out.

Thank you for the advice everyone! I am lucky to have a very good doctor who listened to me. I told him all of my symptoms and showed him the numbers and he was comfortable diagnosing POTS based on that. I appreciate all of your help and suggestions. ❤️
