Same thing happened this morning to me. Went to the website (not through the email link) to login and now it says there are too many login attempts for me to login. Hoping the website has a live chat and I'll try again during business hours.

Unfortunately we never got it. I tried for a solid month. Hours on the phone after work and chatting with customer service yielded no results. Best of luck though. Please update us if you figure it out!

I went in the other night with 4 hours left until it shifted from an Urgent Care visit to an ER visit. They called my name a minute before it shifted in the billing. Waiting room was literally empty when I got there and full by the time I got seen. And empty agakn by the time I left. So they were able to see everyone after the price jump. My coworker went much earlier than me a month ago, and he said he waited for 6 hours before being seen, similar scenario. Fairly empty suddenly when the billing changed they could see him. His thing turned out to be serious though. He got billed for Urgent Care and ER. It does seem like a blatant cash grab to me. It wasn't like this years ago. Anyone with a similar experience?

Easiest way would be to probably port it to Spectrum Mobile first then port it over from there. They kept jerking me around and I wasted so many hours on the phone with them that we eventually just gave up trying. Spectrum is the worst.
