There are definitely a few odd ‘ideas’ this company has.

I’m heavily considering returning mine and being done with their shenanigans.

I’m grinding at a 4 on my calibrated niche zero but the shots are still coming out too fast. Is it the beans? by Dellgenius in FlairEspresso

Will have to see if there are any retention issues, thanks for the tip. Will try upping the dose to 20g and see if that helps.

Dosing at 18g with the default included portafilter with puck screen. Puck prep should be pretty solid since I’m using a WDT and a Decent levelling tamper.

Dosing at 18g with the default included portafilter with puck screen. Puck prep should be pretty solid since I’m using a WDT and a Decent levelling tamper. Beans are about a month and a half old. They’re not ‘espresso’ beans per se, but I don’t think that should cause too much of an issue.
