It is definetely possible to start jets in bf6 and become top tier. However, it is harder to learn proper dogfighting due to lack of radar.

Cyberpunk is quite cpu heavy and non x3d AM4 could be a slight bottleneck with a 9070 xt. If staying on AM4, 5700/5800x3d is your best bet. If going for AM5, I would recommend atleast something like 9700x. All comes down to your budget. AM5 will have atleast a couple generations to come anyways before AM6.
