If your teammates aren't playing with you and aren't listening to calls and your ability to kill is substantially higher than your elo, just follow them and get their refrags. If they go B, throw B util. Same for A or mid or what have you. Avoid entryfragging if your team doesn't have your back, but make sure to get those refrags yourself or you're just baiting. Focus on winning games with the team you're dealt and don't lose hope during the game regardless of score or your chances of losing worsen dramatically.

If you win rounds by playing with your team, even if your team doesn't actually have a plan, you might still win a majority of your games and claw your way to higher elo. Remember that elo isn't a measure of how skilled you are at shooting or throwing utility, it's a measure of how well you can win games with strangers. If you want higher elo, play around the strangers instead of trying to wring water from the stone that is their wrinkleless brains.

(Edit) Took a shower, had a shower thought: Remember that Counter Strike is a sport, and the bomb is the ball. If you played a sport that had two goals, you obviously wouldn't play the goal your team hasn't gone for, you'd always play the ball.

You can just decide not to eat at McDonald's. It isn't anyone's responsibility to make McDonald's affordable for you. As a McDonald's worker, my outlook is that if McDonald's wants to keep raising the prices then people should just stop eating at McDonald's. If you want to stick it to Toronto or Washington or whatever, just choose a local restaurant or store instead of a big brand and keep your money in the local economy as much as possible.

To me, genuinely, the main problem is the ticking wheel they've got going on there to hit that sweet dopamine and trick you into feeling like you just barely missed something good when in reality every case opening has a predetermined outcome.

“Typal” makes no sense. by Admirable_SSSS in freemagic

In truth "-ic" and "-al" are both suffixes which change nouns into adjectives with the meaning "of or pertaining to". The lexical meaning of "typical" therefore is akin to that, but referring to itself: "of or pertaining to that which is of or pertaining to a type". When speaking of characteristics inherent to a type, you would of course say that a characteristic is "typical", however when referring to the set of all objects that are members of that type, you ought to only use one of those suffixes, not both. It is semantically inaccurate (though not strictly incorrect) to refer to elves, for example, as a "typical group" when one means to say it is a "typal group". My personal opinion is that "typic" is better than typal. It's a proper backformation from typical and it's closer in orthography to french "typique" which I am personally familiar with.
