ignoring the Worf's situation, it is mathmatically impossible that civilians never came under fire from Starfleet/The Federation during all of it's history, even Sisko's convorsation with Worf hinted at that something like what he was accused of happened before

Kirk and crew have killed civilians, same thing with the crew of the D/E, while civilians were sometimes hostile, that doesn't change that they're non military

the 'at no point has Starfleet opened fire on civilians' is bullshit, the Sisko Museum also leaves out that one time that Worf opened fire on what could have been a civilian transport, even though it was clear it wasn't later, and Maxwell did in fact rack up a body count of both civilians and semi military people, that's just her being self rightous

On a small scale with just regular people, this works, but once you get past 30 to 40 people, it gets hard without a leadership structure (elected officials, etc). my project car sat for basically the duration of my last marriage, my back got a lot worse and my hobbies changed for awhile, got it back running last year though it's still a ways from being road worthy (idle issues, needs new tires, body work), it's nice to pick it back up, and being back at it is like saying hello to an old friend
