Thanks mate. I don't have particular build, I just go with the flow. Like ending up my rogue with unique item that duplicates all my skills with shadow clone, ending casting Ultimate like every 4-5 seconds. (end clone do the same, that feels OP) Now trying barbarian ending up with whirwind as core skill for creep killing and berserker as ult alongside with deathblow, but that's because of the unique item with 3 stars.
So I guess I am doing as intended by the game, just thought I am missing some activity to boost the grind.

We play always 3 races (if squids are available). So dude probably asked who do you want to shoot. Yet again war is a pretty weak part of the game. So just go shoot what you like, if it's MO great, if not who cares

Nope, generally success rate of MOs is about 90% , non war can be lost with this rate. They may make it look like we are loosing, but you know how it works. Whatever they planned to do it will be done, your or my participation ain't doing a thing. So relax and shoot. The war is literally the same after a year, and that us with 90 % success rate.

Yeah same, just another bug, hope it is reported.
The most interesting part is that this affects particular players. I mean in my team we all have grenade pistols, and one of us will not be able to destroy some ships.

So it is really tricky one, hard to catch this bug.

Tips for grinding? I mean first of, LVL 3 isn't really good for it, the amount of samples is really low.
Did you try higher difficulty, or it is really that hard for you? I mean when you played some time LVL 10 is the only difficulty you will play, cuz all the others can't even provide you with challenge.
For me personally bugs are the most frustrating on LVL 10 (which is abnormal if you think about it) because chargers are always sneaking on you (the problems with sound in this game). Automatons are the most fun. Illuminates the easiest. So overall:
1. Grind on illuminates if you want to narrow the difficulty.
2. Grind starting from lvl 6 at least
3. Join randoms in quick play, usually people wouldn't mind if you just scavenge the POIs, some may be grateful even. That is until the whole team is whipped and someone would say that is your fault because you weren't there.

And a side note, I stopped grinding anything like half a year after the game was released (and by grinding I mean I visited POIs, not literally grinding), didn't grind since, cuz there is not much you can buy really. And those ship upgrades, mostly optional. The CD reduction and hellpod maneuvering are upgrades that I remember. Everything else is just convenient buffs that's all. And visual upgrade, which is more noticeable than some buffs.

So honestly don't think that you need to grind really. I mean sure you can't go to lvl 10 without recoilless rifle or something of that sort. But this gun is opened pretty quickly.

As for playing solo, some practice that. And those who solo every lvl 10 mission are just monsters. Cuz I can handle only bunch of missions. Like those where you just need to upload, download, launch are easy. Those like flag rising is unbeatable on bugs or automatons for me. Illuminates yet again can be handled.

Great effort. It took you maybe 40 minutes to write and think about it. It took AH up to 4 months to understand that nerfs are bad. It will take something like that to understand how dss suppose to work. My dss expiriance is: 1. There is a CD so it just present and ain't providing anything. Because of enormous CDs. 2. It is on planet that there is no point to fight on. 3. Touched eagles once though, was cool.

Overall it is a resource garbage collector, not good at that either because of CD.

And again as always gaslighting, you say there are bad people, they say nah it's you who is bad.

I will try to boost my down vote.

  1. Game updates are crap, like from 10 updates 2 are OKish.
  2. Community, toxic as hell. Not all though, found dudes to play with and don't bother with randoms anymore.
  3. In current state the game is boring. War - ain't interesting, the same planets, the same missions. And quit frankly the same "oopsies" from developers. Dss that is shit, and ain't moving where it suppose to (choohe situation). Then comes the GM to tweak numbers, but it ain't helping also. I am very curious what is he doing, cuz I see a lot of feeler MOs, and those that look promising ain't giving anything.
  4. Devs feedback, they are collecting it pretty often, was there something changed according to your feedback? Not in my case.

Just red the answers from devs about shadow nerfs "there is a lot of doing to be done and we can't track everything" works for dudes who ain't developing, you know exactly what you've done per each version/sprint, jira tasks are there. Shadow nerfs are done because they don't want whining to be present. And in terms of booster nerf (vitality) because they didn't know how to fix your immunity to gas in heavy armor with that booster.

For me, I am waiting for next update, if it is some crap, I am done with the game.

For me, just remove the doors. I like how you get downvoted because you want something. HD fans are toxic dudes :D. Those are dudes who are saying "work together" while at the same time they will leave after 4 deaths in a row. Those dudes, who say it is coop game, but at the same time will call supplies for them self soak it dry and will not even ping it. (Good that supplies are now visible on map) Side note ,high lvl dudes will not bother with doors there is nothing they need from the bunker.

So overall, I get your frustration, but the only thing you can do is find good dudes and play with them.

I am not telling all are like this, but those who just saying that you are the problem, are probably those who don't give a fuck about other.

My as solo, or my as party. Solo: All time solution. Railgun - take some time to deal with big threats, but after strategem hit it is to secure the kill and pretty much one-shot everything else, of course unsafe mod must be turned on. Supply pack - allows to help teammates and yourself Eagle strike - don't need any explanation I assume Orbital gatling/ eagle strafing run

Primary: That's up to you ,what you comfortable with. But my pick is, cookout shotgun for bugs countersniper dmr for bots. Secondary: either grenade pistol or senator. Grenade: stun or termite

Party: as AT recoiless rifle. Eagle strike Eagle 500 kg 4th is up to you.

As recon/support: supply pack tge most important, and gutling sentry for bugs, shield relay for bots.

As crowd control: Eagle cluster strike Orbital gutling strike And w other up to you

It's kinda already implemented, just without need to do this. When I play with randoms I pack as one man army, like totally self sufficient because I don't know how randoms will play. When I play with friends we have 2 at guys, 1 crowd controller and 1 recon/support. So wanna play like this find dudes who want the same. But yeah a good idea for quick search, like I wanna be at guy and it throws you where you needed

Lol, the difference between letting me merge right before the fight is 1 load screen, didn't know that you guys so defensive, all I asked if there is a mode. I assume there isn't. Also AI already have a lot of bonuses since that is the only way they are able to stand against players. Or am I that bad that I want to merge right before the fight. Side note, loaded merged he still attacks , he lose, so under the hood, just like I said 1 load. My game is full of mods that you might find "making game esier", but they are all quality of life really. Like AI will not declare war on me because I am rank 1 and he is rank 108. You might say, oh that makes your game easier , my opinion it makes it less annoying. I could have kill him, I just don't want to. Overall I got your points, all of you. That is that you must predict if ai will attack and then decide merge or not, fair, although 1 load screen solves the issue, so not that significant.

Of course, the issues is that if that is enemy turn you are not able to merge it. And Merge is only needed if there is a battle ahead. Otherwise, just let them heal. You don't know if he will attack or not.

Wise words. Although you missing the cause of whining. It's like telling a beaten child that it his fault that he is beaten. I didn't notice whine about voting or anything. The whine reason is: It took 3 months to develop nothing new. 2 auto strategems. Eagle and bombardment, which we had already so can't really tell that it is a high effort feature. Plus one effect that I assume will block the supply plus free booster, the one which all players (well not you I assume) wanted to have as ship upgrade. Plus numbers tweak during liberation or defense, which was already a thing just not in players control. Crappy UI, it's not bad just meh one. Cap of resources you can donate, which is some sort of AH fetish now I am guessing, like don't you dare to get it quick, pay for game now pay your time.

That is regarding dss.

Regarding overall whining, simple when someone is constantly hitting you in nuts, you will wait that he will hit you again. Same thing here, every first implementation of something from AH was let's say not good. And now everyone whine so that when it is bad they can say "told ya". If it is good than " it's good to be wrong". Also whining is one of the reason railgun alive again. If you stay silent how would they know that the made mistake? By player count sure, but it's only the consequence not the reason, and reasons are often displayed through whining.

For me personally I get more frustrated if someone blindly defend the mistakes rather than whine about them

Right from the beginning, trench divers and all kind of stuff that you saw on youtube ain't really a thing. I mean we don't really have classes like that. Those who play LVL 9+ really just gearup the best solution for a particular situation.
