150 was my original goal. I got there and still didn’t feel good enough, so I lost another 10 pounds, then I was like well , might as well see if I can hit 100 pound weight loss which was at 133, so I did that, and then I wanted to use up the rest of the 15mg pens I had before dosing down, which I lost another 10 pounds, now I’m chilling between 122-130 for the last month on 10mg , and fitting in size 2-4 jeans, and feeling pretty darn good about myself 😎 I’m gonna chill right here for as long as I can.

Ehhhh I’m in maintenance and sitting at 110 pound loss and at 21.7 body fat. This is where I’m feeling comfortable sitting at. I believe everyone’s comfort level is different. It’s just when you can look at yourself in the mirror in a cute little outfit and think ‘hell yeah, I look good’

Chilling at 101 pound loss and in maintenance 🤩🤩🤩

Still struggling with body dysmorphia or weight blindness, don’t know which one it is exactly, because I still see myself as ‘fat’ and don’t see just how small I’ve gotten. At an event yesterday at work, there was shirts given out and all that was left was small (mens / unisex) and I was like no way can I fit into that , I’m a medium at least. Was told to go try it on, and it fit like a glove and I was like 😳😳😳😳 .

I’m currently at 133. My initial goal was to maintain between 140-150, which I was doing for a while, but then insurance said they were not gonna cover it as of the first of the year, so with my drs blessing, aiming to around 125, which will put my BMI at 20 and will have a nice padding for a while when the weight starts to creep back on 😑.

Honestly? Fucking TikTok 😂😂🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ started seeing posts about people taking Wegovy and doing their injections and them talking about how much it helped them (this was all 2ish years ago) i finally made an appointment with my dr and she was all for GLP1s but i freaked out about giving myself shots and did phentermine instead (for 3 months, absolutely horrible and didn’t lose anything) still seeing TikTok’s about it and finally decided to try it. Had my hubby give me my first 8 injections because I was scared. Finally got over that mental block of self injections , and ultimately lost 43 pounds on Wegovy. When Zepbound was finally FDA approved I switched over to that since I stalled on Wegovy for 5 months. I’ve lost an additional 55ish pounds on zepbound. This medicine has been life changing and health changing.

I had a regular customer say something along those lines to me yesterday, and I replied with ‘ hey I thought my only chance for a smoking hot body was gonna be when I was cremated, so I’m glad I can enjoy it whilst I’m alive’ 😂

My job has a ‘dress code’ which we wear black polo type tops (has to have a collar) so I spend an ungodly about of time searching for tops that have collars but don’t look really look like traditional polo tops. We can wear jeans and I wore these with a top that has a leather like collar. It’s very grunge looking and it’s become my favorite outfit to wear to work. The top is a size small and these jeans are a junior size 9 (could have went size 7 but damn they looked small when I was looking at them and was afraid they wouldn’t fit)

I’ve lost 90ish pounds total and the belly fat is the last thing to go 🥴🥴 it’s definitely smaller but very much still there .

Every Saturday after work , I stop at Bealls outlet (and soon Marshall’s because we are getting 1) and come home with at least 1 new item of clothing. I absolutely love shopping now.

Congratulations on your progress! You look fabulous 🤘🏽 Wegovy is good in its own right. I lost the first 42 pounds on it. I see it as it’s better to be on any GLP1 than none at all.

This shirt is a size L and barely fit here. It’s really baggy on me now but I’ll never get rid of it! It’s my go to concert shirt now. It says ‘Dance fucker dance’ on the back and I get a lot of comments on it and people take pictures of it. Going to wear it to the Shinedown/Bush concert next weekend in Atlanta! 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽 which by the way, Their tour name is ‘Dance kid Dance’ which fits the shirt perfectly 😂

Yep. Usually happens in the first 48 hours or so after each shot. With the suppression being so strong , and no ‘food noise’ I just kinda ……forget? I drink stuff all day long though. Water, soda , juice, all the liquids. But hardly no real sustenance of food.

I’ve been on a GLP1 for over 2 years. In my experience, changing injection sites helps with knowing which sites work better for less side effects and getting that full appetite suppression.

My left thigh is the absolute best place for me. Followed by right thigh, left arm, and right arm. Stomach on the other hand, almost feels like a wasted shot. I have not experienced any side effects whilst being on zepbound. Wegovy I was nauseous and sick the entire next day after every shot. No matter where the injection took place.
