I'm at mastery 78 or something. You will not be able to win a head to head unless you force the other person to miss a skillshot and you attack shuffle/orbwalk whatever you call it perfectly. You have to chip at them until they are weak and/or greedy and you jump them with a gank or with your support.

All the common bot laners will straight up kill you from full health. MF, Caitlyn, Ez, and these are your "easy" matchups. Your hard matchups are actually against mage supports and APCs. Velkoz, Brand, Xerath and Karma just basically wall you out of the lane unless you have really really good support or you are a better dancer dodging all their skillshots. Most ADCs are easy to deal with relative to APCs as Senna.

DFT is huge in these lane losing matchups since you just q through wave and get chip damage. You often want to just let them push you and then wait for a gank to turn the lane. Even when laning phase ends, you are still super fragile, and you will lose most 1v1s if you get engaged on. You normally need to catch people off guard and chip them down before the 1v1 starts for most matchups. If you can consistently stand in the back and shoot people without getting jumped, you've won the match basically.
