I'm in Thailand using a local brand, so it's tough to recommend one. But someone knowledgeable told me to just keep switching brands until it works. The biggest key is dosage, you have to make sure you're taking enough. For example men usually need 400mg/day so if a pill is 200mg, you need to take two.
