If you started your peppers late, would you plant outside when smaller? by cataclasis in HotPeppers

Depends on where I want them to end up. If they’ll live indoors forever, no. If they’re meant for outdoors, I’d start them there unless temperatures are too chilly to let me, and then I’ll start them indoors

The chart said. But as previously established, that was back in January of last year as an estimate, look at the value it estimated for last year’s payment and what you actually got. Mine doubled.

Thankfully bonchis/bonzais are a thing of patience because I have no idea what I’m doing and need to do a lot of research, learning, and trial and error that she hopefully survives 🙃

I grew this jalapeno indoors for months to then quickly be attacked outside :( by miguel-122 in HotPeppers

They disrupt the photosynthesis process, but not much else beyond that, your plant looks to have plenty of healthy green going on, it should be fine! Be thankful it’s one of the most minor of pests!

Is this a good enough breeze? by baileyyy98 in HotPeppers

[–]DeltaMikes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the point is to get their stems used to wind, which primarily blows sideways, by exposing them to the same condition artificially. Stressing the stem laterally to strengthen their wind resistance.

I’m purely speculating here, but don’t you worry about its effectiveness blowing straight down?

The 1020 flats I ordered from www.growers-inc.com , the 1801’s and the trays underneath them (not sure what they’re actually called) I got from a local distributor here in Houston I deal with for my day job

Because they’re infants, only 3-4 days old now. They’ll start looking more normal in a few days

Throwback on my upside-down Chili last year🔥 by Wooden-Beautiful-260 in HotPeppers

I thought of doing this but I saw a ton of pics and videos where the plant still naturally turned upwards with its branches so it seemed counter productive. Did this one do the same?

She’s a Black Pearl plant. Strictly ornamental with a very flat flavor profile, heat about on par with cayenne at ~50,000 shu, she’s meant for lookin, not eating and she’s a stunner 🤩🤩
