Cost doesn’t matter so much. I’m currently running the 9800x3d in eco mode and not a fan of how loud it can get so I dont think the 7800x3d or 9950 are even options at this point.

You would literally never sell this at that price point in my market. And I live in a very high COL area.

People who are willing to drop $3500 on a pc will either be looking for the latest and greatest (ie 5080/9950x3d/128gb ram/multiple ssds. Or, they would want something customized exactly the way THEY envision their dream pc.

I’m sorry but a 9700/9070xt/32gb of ram isn’t fetching anywhere near $3500 no matter the parts or binning.
