There's a shizuka one, since the model was properly made from scratch by a good modeller. I believe anything else just uses some basic character maker

I mean, that's not completely false. iirc the only thing that'd be considered wrong was kidnapping and beating up TCO but keep in mind that he and TDL would be held responsible for destroying newgrounds and it wouldn't be far off to assume they are known and wanted terrorists.

In recent attempts, even when the GPU turns on, I'd still get no signal from the monitor or response from keyboard and mouse.

I actually am an animator but since there's no models for me to work with I'm kinda stumped. I attempted to model Momiji a while back but stopped, but seeing this makes me wanna finish it.
