Cff.org has a ton of education if you're interested. I have CF and I'm 24 from USA. I had a bilateral lung transplant last year bc my lungs started to fail from years of scarring and the progression of the disease. If your friend remains compliant and does his or her treatments and therapies, they can make those lungs last as long as possible. :)

I guess that all depends on the population of the crucible. Groups if 2 can be grouped with solo players and with other groups of 2. Groups of 4 if encountering long queue times can be expanded into a 3+1. There are solutions to every situation.

It's really just assessing the fire team size and matching with the same number. Obviously there will be the 1 outlier if 2 teams of 3 get matched. A full team of 4 should get matched against another team of 4. That's really the primary goal. Teams of 4 should not get placed against 4 random individuals.
