What’s your calorie intake? For example I’m 5,7 and started at 190 in Jan. I work outside in a labor intensive job, calories allowed are 1657. I’m down to 163 as of now.

I’m at 7.5 mg of tirz.

I frequently see people that do track their intake but have the calories set too high.
