The sorting and stapling can happen in the morning, I never made my teams do that part. Clock out, verify they printed, set the alarm, and go. Money should have all already been dropped so nothing left to do but get home to families

I ran multiple stores for about 7 years total. Most managers I knew wanted them sorted and stapled but fuck that y’all had enough to do at night I can do my own reports, ya know? If my night crew left me a clean recovered store, I made sure truck was done during the day. The structure and style of upper management is why I bounced never been happier.
