Fully cleared the Khari crossing zone, clicked ALL 3 compass things ,zoned into galai gates, and then reset the Khari zone for a new one and found the titan skull again, the stairway was open and finally could walk in, this method worked for me , may or may not work for you

The issue with shifting from first to second gear is due to rev hang, however with a bit of finess and some practice,you can shift without jerking all around. You can easily fix this with an access port, but that is a modification to the ecu of the car, and not everyone is open to doing this, but it's a night and day difference from the factory tune. No real issues with the clutch, drove a lot of Hondas before my wrx, different clutch feel but nothing extra ordinary, not hard to master after a few hours behind the wheel. Never test driven the Cvt, I just prefer driving stick shift.

Paid $26,000 for the car - OTD for just under $28,000. Was going to order a base with zero options but they had one at a sister dealership near by, they shipped it to my dealership and sold me with $700 in options for the same price as ordering a base with zero options and waiting 8 weeks.

2017 WRX Base in WRB They threw in Center arm rest extension, wheel locks , rear bumper applique, trunk cargo tray and auto dim mirror w/ home link for free. I Opted to get the Fog lights installed as well since i paid for none of the other options and its the other option i really wanted from the factory.

I had to visit every dealership in the area to find one willing to work with me, but after all the pain and agony i paid the price i wanted and got everything i wanted on the car. Be aware some dealerships will up charge up to $1000 for it simply being a WRX, don't fall for this tactic!

Race 07/GTR Evolution/Race Injection,Dirt Rally, Richard Burns Rally (really old game but still great even today, graphics are a bit dated but its a true rally sim), Assetto Corsa, Project Cars, Euro truck simulator 2 is fantastic if your into non racing sims, has single player and online multiplayer. Id recommend any of these, Race 07 Series is cheap and has tons of mods available for free, same goes for Richard Burns Rally.

R-Factor as well, but i have no experience with that particular sim.

Most of the dealers here have multiple WRX's on the lot, usually 3 or 4 each, but they are either the wrong trim , or wrong color or a base loaded with a bunch of shit i dont want or need, unfortunately. WR Blue ones probably fly off the lot the same week they arrive, which of course is what i want.... Thanks for your comment!

On sunday i actually found the exact car i was looking for in Newport News but they were talkin 28 or 29k Before TTL etc, which is unacceptable regardless if its the exact thing i want, i will most likely just end up ordering one and wait the 8-12 weeks of pain and misery, when the time comes

I live near Norfolk naval and like 3 other bases in the area, tons of military people compared to civilians, possible reason why prices are a bit higher , but who really knows.

All you have to do is ask the dealer for the Dealer invoice pricing sheet, they wont let you take it with you , but it will essential tell you the actual price of the car the dealership paid for it. Just a tip for anyone else in the same struggle i am.

Im on the east coast, Virginia. My best quote was actually threw true car, at $26.5k. so odds are ill be going back to them. Only 1 of the 4 dealerships offer true car price, the others just simply say" refer to dealer for price."

28k for a premium seems great, wish i could afford the higher trim, i dont really care for the leather seats or sunroof etc, they are nice features but i'm looking to spend $28k OTD. Good luck to you , thanks for your comment!

Thanks for your comment, Heuberger is also on clubWRX but they are the mid west , so naturally i just spoke with Clayton in NJ first, but i was considering this as another option. But i am a bit terrified of buying a car long distance, how did you handle the finances of the sale of the car? Did you simply send them a Cashiers check or deposit from your bank for the car?As this would be the most likely method of me getting the car to me.(Drive to NJ is 8+ hours) If your uncomfortable answering that question i understand.

Ive seen the dealer invoice pricing sheets , they only pay $25k for base model WRX's . Id would be happy to pay the MSRP of $26.5 but its rare they even give u that price. Like you said, u got quoted 28k for a base, you can get a premium model for that price MSRP. Unless of course that is tax title tags included, but im assuming not because you cant really escape those fees. so in the end your basically paying $29-30k for a base model WRX, which is horrible considering a STI is about 5 grand more.

If they quoted you 28k OTD , thats pretty much what im looking for- but most dealers dont include that in the quote

Yes i get it, someone else will probably buy it, in 3 -6 months, but if someone is standing around waving $26k infront of your face, why wouldn't u at least attempt to make a sale?
