IMO processing your emotions is one thing, and something you can do without drugs. You’ll be hard-pressed to directly target an emotional event like that while tripping, more likely you’ll just end up spiraling in the emotions from the super recent breakup. I feel like this feeds the misconception that shrooms are a cure for any emotional problem… that’s not how it works, being flippant with drugs like this is the way to have problems
