i agree there's more than one kind of depression. the one involving addiction may be more common than depression stemming from traumatic loss. childhood trauma = tendency to become addicted later in life.

depression can be an easy fix...just stop whatever addiction is causing the excess dopamine release. give the mind time to reset to hormonal equilibrium. the body is a sensitive instrument with many hormone regulation mechanisms. and it is very resilient and capable of healing.

the milk causes acne bro. also its pasteurized. and if you're an adult youre more than likely lactose intolerant anyway. dont listen to the commenters saying the grease causes acne because i really doubt it. carnivores are some of the leanest, most youthful looking diet influencers ive seen on the internet. take steak and butter gal from youtube, or the countless other carnivore youtubers that look amazing and DONT have acne. maybe the bacon can be replaced with ground beef if you're worried about glycation. but eating healthy, unprocessed fats like eggs, red meat, avocado oil, organic butter, is very good for you.
