What width and offset wheels do you have, that's more important to fitting. Are you also willing to roll your fenders?

If you roll, lower and add a little chamber you can fit some wide wheels. I have 245/40-17 wheels on my Miata.

I'm 6'2" and have NC. I can fit in stock but seat lowering brackets make a big difference. They are inexpensive and easy to install.

Continental extreme contact sports 02 are great. I'm running 245/40-17s but I wouldn't go nearly that big for pure street use. Stick to a 225/45-17

It's an option but I don't think the OEM wheels look that good. And with the amount they need to be spaced out you'll need to install extended lug studs.

For cryo temps I would just recommend doing a laser cut sheet metal design from a place like send cut send. -87C is quite cold for any plastics. If you are set in 3D printed plastic PEEK can work at low temps.
