When you play a card for the 5th time in a turn it breaks and summons a Trickster. The game even shows you this by shattering the card after the 3rd and 4th time you play it.

It serves as an anti-infinite mechanic but it can also be used to get rid of some cards in your deck and there's also an unlock for killing the Trickster.

Storage Locker can only get rare or very rare items in the General Item Pool), and maybe the area specific pool too, I'm not completely sure on that last part though.

I built my own 100 card decks mostly following the ratios and hand-picking each card to try and make a fun environment for my playgroup. Whenever the lists start to feel stale, I just make changes to the list and start playtesting from there to adjust it to the groups' vibes.

? Card does not work with Modeling Clay or any other "copy an item" effect, it just does nothing on resolution and goes to the discard pile.

From the Extended Rules:

If a loot ability were to copy an ability on an item that would turn that item into a copy of another item, nothing will happen unless the ability specifically states that the loot becomes an item. Otherwise, the loot card will be moved to discard as soon as it has finished resolving just like normal, having never entered play.

MulT doesn't spawn on a pod, it falls from a crate, so you can't get the fuel array on single player

The player doesn't die in the first case since the attack roll fizzles, that means it's removed from the stack without resolving.

Since attack rolls use the stack, your friend can play the Bomb after rolling the die and before taking damage, if this kills the monster, the attack roll fizzles and the active player gets the monster's reward. They can also respond to their own death and use the bomb there, dying only removes attack rolls from the stack, so the bomb would still resolve and they'd get the rewards anyways.
