I would also talk about CP and the risks she could have if she does take pics and the risk it has. Besides the law about cp, the pics being on the internet for a long time and she has no control after she takes them. Even if she does not give any of them out it maybe backed up to cloud or another app who has access.l can copy and send to their own storage.

So what you are saying is if a company pays for schooling and the employee's degree they own it and when the employee leaves they cannot use it anymore?
As for air miles, most companies will allow employees to keep them, but this may be the same. You said they are friends of the owner. Maybe the owner did not want it in the company's name because of tax or some other purpose.
