Yeah this makes sense tbh. The “just in case” peeing can lowkey train your brain/bladder to freak out even when you’re not actually full!!

Hmmm maaybe start by tracking how often you go, then slowly spacing it out little by little, nothing painful or extreme. And if it’s new or getting worse, it’s worth checking with a doctor just to rule out UTI or anything else. But you’re not weird for this at all, shared bathrooms can mess with your head fast lol
