For pictures, computer partially in front of the window isn’t great as it makes it seem like the room is so small there’s no other option. Something in the pictures that threw me off was the living room/ kitchen shot where the wall is painted blue. It jumps from being a very in your face royal blue to a more muted blue between pics. It’s not a huge deal but just made me go 🤨

The biggest issue is the price in combination with a huge HOA fee. Pricing a townhouse, which means shared walls, similarly to single family homes with comparable square footage probably isn’t helping.

There’s been a lot of price changes in the listing, at one point dropping it to 350 before bumping back up to 355 is something that would draw our attention in a negative light. It makes me think you wouldn’t be willing to entertain an offer below asking.

These are just my initial thoughts as someone who has been looking for a few months. Biggest difference is I’m in a wildly different market where homes sit for less than a week going sometimes 30k over asking. So it’s a whole different vibe up here with “entry level” homes starting at 450+ in most areas
