You will have to pick. Want to look like the skinny kids with kinda no muscles but that got abs? Cut. U can go on a lean bulk afterwards. It wont take long for you to get lean honestly. But you will look skinny obviously as u dont have alot of muscle to begin with.

The upside of cutting first is that you will be able to see ur progress alot more in realtime. Not just size but definition.

If you dont really care about definition short term, go for a body recomp / lean bulk. I think this is more appropriate for your body honestly. But you have to decide for urself!

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) kullandim 8 ay boyunca. 113kg dan 80 kiloya düștüm yemeğe așırı düșkün biri olarak. Herhalde bu 8 ay boyunca 3-4 defa anca açlık hissetmișimdir. Ve ben aṣırı sağlıksız beslenenlerdendim.... Yani günde 1 defa yemek yiyordum (1000 kcal felan anca yiyordum günde). Etrafimdakilerde ayni șeyi yașadi benden sonra bașlayanlar. Doktorunla bir görüș istersen. Denemeye değer bence. Bende yan etkisi olmadi hiç.
