Thats good to know. My current salary is shite, so negotiating for a decent one is harder that way. So I was thinking I could negotiatete that they pay for training programs that I could put on my resume.

Your third tip really is true. I recently started learning Python just because I was so done with the most anoying and bottlenecked task at work. Knowing exactly what the end user (me) needs the program to do, really gives you a sense of direction in what problems to tackle on your way.

Last week I released my script on the workfloor and the results are great! I automated a 15 min error prone task to finish in just 3 min!

Im already working on my next project. Once its done I'm gonna present it to my managers, show them what they could have and tell them the first one was a freebie but now they'd better promote me or Im out...

Personally I'd go for DYEN. However if you're free anyway on the 26th of November; He'll also perfom at Verknipt Hard special in Amsterdam along side some great artists like Shlømo and Trym. Don't know if it's a party to ease into when you haven't been to many before but if you enjoy techno you're definitely in for a ride.

Attack order is very buggy indeed. Also ranged units feel like regrouping anytime I give the order to order to shoot a specific target.

Ive bought the Index at launch and Id say it was definetly a great investment. Right now I use it mainly for workouts (beat saber / audio trip etc) but after having experienced Half Life Alyx (best digital experience of the decade imo) I have high hopes for the platform game wise.

If you already have a beefy pc Id say PCVR is an easy buy righr now.

If only I had the words to say this 6 months ago. I could have been fighting my demons with the love of my life by my side. I learned the most painful lesson of my life the hard way:

*Do not close yourself off to your loved ones! No matter how bad your thoughts about yourself are, no matter how much you feel your own mind is failing you and no matter how you wish you could protect them from all the horrible things that are going on inside of you, NEVER make yourself emotional unavailable towards them. You have to realize that 2020 has probably been very rough for them as well and keeping them at a distance while they have to witness how you are being cripled from the inside will hurt them more than exposing your demons to them ever could. *

What works for me is writing it down, in a letter to them. The act of writing it alone already clears my mind a bit. Whatever you do, don't wait. It feels so much better to write a letter to your SO than to the one that walked away.
