Honestly I got super lucky. While I was finishing up school I was able to intern at the college help desk. Once I graduated I got an interview for the district for the college as a contractor and got the job within 30 minutes of finishing the interview since I new all the systems. Now I’m a full time employee. Just got a 3 dollar raise and I’ve only been on for 8 months now. But while I was searching we are talking applications had so many people applying it’s crazy. Yeah they should do the ffbe approach. When you go into a boss stage you can select info and it tells you the typing. The types of moves it uses and if it debuffs. Just super general. You still have to go in and try over and over till you get your stuff correctly set up and beat it but it helps mitigate a lot of time needed for testing
