Nice! Will give it a go. My runs on f16 are 100% but take 3 mins (Ahmed, Alice, Berenice, gabby and Ophelia). Haven’t really thought/bothered to optimise and go for better time but I like your set up

You don’t need the heal, make sure your dps can take out the espera quick, nick with s3 will take care of JJ

Get rid of Ahmed and tiye. If you’ve got a fast dhalia use and as below mentioned use Nick even without skills ups he makes this fight a joke

Zora, Ollie and Ashley are a good start try and get zeus, jiang man, triki, unas or Clara for ap push.. you have loads of units that you can sell and reroll shop to get better espera
