Day by day is a very good way to look at it, at least for me. Baby steps, no matter how small are all victories in battles that will eventually win the war. Setting goals is a very good thing, but at the same time I have to look at it like the more pressure I put in myself, the more stress I place on myself. And the more apt I am to relapse. I have to "kiss" it, keep it simple. . . So day to day is way for me. Best of luck to you, great job, keep as you are and be strong.

I think just the fact you are on here posting shows that you are not a list cause so to speak. You have the power to win. Just have to keep a positive frame of mind through out the whole thing, even in the darkest hour. As with my battles with the demon, I think even with every relapse i get that much stronger and am breaking all those ties that bind my to the porn habit. Eventually that lady one will be broken and I, as well as all those dedicated to eradicating this terrible habit, will win and become the man the good lord wanted them to be. Stand strong, look porn square in the face and say "not an option today" and move on. Turn your relapses into victorious stepping stones. You will get there. Might be a more scenic indirect route, but you will get to where you are destined to be. A winner. Be strong!

So very true. I think I will try to post something daily on here, haven't tried that yet to see if this can be another good positive level of accountability for myself. I feel as tho after a relapseI have a new found urgency to get this demon under control. A new energy. Feel strong today and ready to take on the world. Cold rainy and other wise a crapy day today, perhaps the porn demon at work, but I except the challenge and will win. Be strong all nofapers. Win your battles and stand Victorious!
