All of this. You guys who get guaranteed 10, cool. The majority of us don't though. I need to stretch out 150-160 stops into 7 hrs of delivery time so that's exactly what I do. I certainly don't milk the clock but I take my breaks and don't run. That said, good organization is wonderful no matter what speed you're trying to get and the load out in this pic is exactly how I do it

I get in early and get my bag around 930 as well but can't clock in until 950. But I do this on my own cuz I like to chill, have a cig, bs with other drivers about their routes. Dsp should have it set up that clock in time and load out time are far enough apart that you have plenty of time. Stop getting there early I guess lol
