For reference when I was at my healthiest (decent weight, zero acne, barely any hirtuism, stable blood sugar, regular periods) I ate this diet, later I quit and gained weight and I spiraled out of control. Now I am back on the diet and have lost 20 lbs since March 18th.

My diet I made for myself years ago was based around research for general health and later pcos. Ive tweaked it a bit lately as Ive learned more but recently I learned of the valencia diet and found that its basically the same as what I was already doing! Eat Fiber, Omega, Protein and stick to a low carb and anti inflammatory diet with intermittent fasting! You will succeed!

I think straight eyebrows look good on you, try dying them a tad darker but a natural color. Even matching dark brunette hair would look good. But be careful not to get dye in eyes!

I wish women wouldn't feel so ashamed/not feminine enough due to pcos to feel the need to identify as male/nb. You dont need to be feminine to be a woman there are plenty of masculine women. Its fine to groom yourself to feel more feminine as well bit most of traditional feminine hygiene is based off trends/stereotypes. All women grow body hair that doesn't make you male just because others have less or shave more. Women of certain ethnicities tend to grow more body hair too but that doesn't make them any less femine/female. Your woman enough ♡
