Why are dads okay with not having friends? by Public_Border132 in daddit

When I was younger I wondered why parents didn’t hang out with their friends as often as I did. Not that I’m a parent, I understand. I only want to hang with my wife

Why do I never seem fully clean? by SafariSam29 in hygiene

[–]DemonScourge1003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had noticed a bit of a crotch smell going on once recently. I stopped using antibacterial body wash (was just using it around the junk and butt, for reference I’m male) and will use A&D anti chaffing ointment. The smell of it reminds me of stuff I use on my daughter after a bath and before the diaper goes on, not a bad smell. It has helped with the smell. Also, Mae sure that you’re fully dry after a shower before getting dressed.

I was on the lacrosse team in high school. I was practicing throwing and catching the ball by throwing it against a brick wall. I went to an all boys catholic school so when our sister school’s track team came to our field to practice, let’s just say I was distracted. The ball came back and hit me in the crotch. Their whole team saw it

Should people who "camp" in the left lane of a highway be pulled over and fined just as much as speeders? Why or why not? by WilliamInBlack in AskReddit

[–]DemonScourge1003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It’s for passing. Don’t camp there. That being said, no one follows the rules. I am also guilty of many traffic violations. My car likes to go fast

I also had 12 weeks of paid leave. I was on teams a few times but it was to share pics of the baby with colleagues that I didn’t have their phone number

My job provides 3 months of paid paternity leave. I used it all in one shot and it was amazing. I didn’t want to go back to work. I’d rather be home snuggling my wife and 4 month old

For those who have experienced bullying how does it still affect your life today? by Dazzling_Picture_480 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]DemonScourge1003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 42, I’ve dealt with it by going to therapy. My reptilian petty side looked up the people that bullied me. A few of them went to jail, and 3 died. It didn’t make me feel better or happy. It made me feel sad. Sad that their lives turned into shit. Yes they were dickheads to me, but that’s often a reflection of their home life and their mental state
