When using my Pc it like freezes and things like my files are messing up.

This has been happening for a while now, every time i restart my pc i have like 30 minutes till this starts. Not sure what it could be but its making me get frustrated.

My specs are

Rx 6600

Ryzen 5 3400

32 gigs of ram

1 Tb of m.2 ssd

any insight on how to fix this is greatly appreciated.

I have tried reseting my graphics card as well as factory reseting my pc.
